About this venue:

This 80 acre private Estate and Vineyard is sure to wow you and your guests! A grandiose gated entrance and long driveway through grape vines lead you to this massive 10,000 sq-ft mansion. A huge (very green) lawn, helicopter landing pad, and patio area provide multiple layout options for up to 1,000 guests. The patio is the perfect spot to gather for cocktail hour or festivities, featuring a 30ft deep swimming pool with a beautiful fountain in the center. The "Under the Sea" themed Grotto is a unique way to showcase the underwater view of the pool (painted by the Monterey Bay Aquarium artist)!

The Mediterranean architecture and meticulously manicured grounds truly provide the perfect backdrop for photos and would be a beautiful place to host any type of event!

Personal note: Growing up in this area, I have driven passed this Estate at least 1000 times and I always wondered who lived there and what it looked like up close. There were even rumors that Eddie Murphy used to live here - can anyone tell me if that's true? Haha

When I heard that the venue was now open for weddings and events, I couldn't be more excited to take a tour. Taylor (my awesome photographer friend) came along to capture the beauty of the venue - however I really feel it's even more magical in person. This venue is like a Wedding Planner/Designers dream! There are endless layout options and design ideas to truly create an event as personalized as you wish. Taylor, Melanie and I had a great time touring this venue, taking videos and talking all things wedding & events. I predict that this is going to be a very popular event venue!

Included in Venue Rental:

• Space for up to 1,000 guests & 200 parked cars (valet required for over 250 guests)

• Venue Rental from 9am-Midnight

• Bridal Suite and spacious Grooms Room

• Access to pool house and indoor/outdoor kitchen

• 2 hour rehearsal prior to event

• Your choice of vendor selection

• 1 Security guard

The Fine Print:

• Swimming in the pool is not permitted during events

• Restroom access located in the mansion; portable restrooms can be brought in

• 3 case minimum wine purchase (with exception of dry wedding)

• Couple must provide event insurance

• Proof of insurance for vendors required

• Security guards required in areas where alcohol is served (1 included in price)

• Golf carts or shuttles are available for rent to transport guests from parking lot

• A dance floor is permitted on the grass

• Mansion can be rented at an additional fee
